This is the kind of steel you'd expect high-end PSU bodies to be made from. The left side panel is make from 4 mm-thick tempered glass, while the right side sticks with steel. You'll find a pair of cotton fiber handles, which can collectively hold up to 30 kg. Along most metal surfaces, ASUS applied a ceramic protective coat (the kind you'd find on motorcycle exhaust, wonder why). Front panel connectivity includes two USB 3.1 type-A and HDA jacks. Although there are no physical controls, the case plugs into one of your USB 2.0 headers to take input for its 4-channel fan controller, and RGB lighting, over Fan Xpert 4 and Aura Sync.

Inside, the TUF Gaming GT501 features a conventional horizontally partitioned layout, with the top compartment housing the motherboard tray with room for graphics cards as long as 42 cm, and CPU coolers as tall as 18 cm. The bottom compartment has the PSU bay with room for up to 24 cm long units, and two 3.5-inch/2.5-inch drive bays. Up to five 2.5-inch drives can be mounted behind the motherboard tray. The company didn't reveal pricing.

CORSAIR Hydro X Custom Watercooling Lineup (Mostly) Revealed

Why is it that each time something leaks from CORSAIR, it is from one of their resellers? This time, it was France-based LDLC who decided to show off an entire system filled with parts from CORSAIR's upcoming Hydro X business unit at Paris Games Week recently. This is our first look at CORSAIR's entry to custom watercooling, which was teased a couple of months ago, and looks like the inevitable launch will be sooner rather than later.

This entire venture started off with drama of its own, involving key personnel jumping ship from EK Waterblocks to CORSAIR about a year ago, and many were curious as to what this meant in terms of new options to the market. We will go through the photos one by one to identify and comment on all the parts, so be sure to click the full story as we dig deeper into the individual parts.

Other than what has been covered, all three Matrexx 55 cases are essentially the same from a base design perspective with all of them using the same internal layout. All three still use the same two 4 mm tempered glass side panels along with the same magnetic dustproof net on top and dust filters in the front and bottom. Availability is expected in November with the Matrexx 55 ADD-RGB 3F costing $75 and the Matrexx ADD-RGB costing $50.

GALAX GeForce EX OC "White Gamer" Series: Epic Product Name Fail

While GALAX has introduced numerous solid graphics cards over the years, their product names are a bit of a mouthful, or in some cases just odd. The latest example being their EX OC "White Gamer" line, which, let's face it, is a tad off-putting to say the least. Of course we know that GALAX aren't racist, but you have to wonder how something like this happens. It probably comes down to marketing focusing too much on buzzwords, forgetting the context of said words in the process. In my humble opinion you can trace it back to the fact every company has to stick "Gaming" in every product name or on every box. In this case you would think the fact the product is a graphics card for gaming would be enough to get the point across.

It all started with MSI in 2013, when NVIDIA Kepler was all the rage. They released the "MSI GTX 780 Gaming", which was an amazing product, better than what most other graphics cards vendors had to offer. Competitors were surprised by the success of MSI's new cards and instead of searching into the reasons for their own products failures, their conclusion was that it must be the "Gaming" name, that drove the sales, so suddenly everybody started to fluff up their product names.

ErgoDox EZ Introduces the Glow: An RGB Backlit, Pre-assembled ErgoDox Keyboard

The ErgoDox EZ Shine remains one of the most impressive keyboards I have laid my hands on even to this date, and it appears that the company has not been resting either. They introduced new switch options following that review, re-worked their graphical configurator, and then decided to adopt the replaceable switch functionality that enthusiasts were asking for- something that allowed end users to customize the keyboard from a hardware basis by having the exact switch on the exact position one wanted to complement the already rich software customization.

Today, ErgoDox EZ announced their new pre-assembled keyboard the ErgoDox EZ Glow. It builds upon their "change-it-yourself" model by retaining switch customization and adds in backlighting such that the LEDs are on the PCB and not part of the switch itself. It is 2018 after all, so the Glow uses RGB LEDs that also have full QMK support for static and dynamic lighting effects. In order to get this to fruition, the company worked with Tai-Hao to get new doubleshot-injected keycaps in white or black to support the two color schemes, and in the same custom profile to allow user configuration as before. Not all the keys are backlit, as seen in the images below, which makes sense given only those with legends on the keycaps need to be so. The ErgoDox EZ Glow is up for pre-order at $299, with shipping beginning November, 2018.

Corsair Announces its New K70 RGB MK.2 LOW PROFILE Keyboards

CORSAIR , a world leader in PC gaming peripherals and enthusiast components, today announced the launch of the new CORSAIR K70 RGB MK.2 LOW PROFILE and CORSAIR K70 RGB MK.2 LOW PROFILE RAPIDFIRE mechanical gaming keyboards.
