A Closer Look

Looking at the radiator, there's nothing particularly remarkable about it; you won't find any fancy side plates, embossed logos or other additions. Instead, you get a clean aluminium radiator in pure black, which should do the job just fine. In terms of fin density, I measured an average of 20 fins per inch (FPI), which is typical for closed-loop coolers but does require the fans to generate a decent amount of pressure for effectiveness. Regarding the tubing, it measures approximately 450 mm in length. As for the fittings, they are glossy black and very basic in terms of appearance.

The pump block design is very simple. Its round shape won't catch much attention on its own, but simplicity is also nice as not everyone wants a giant chunk of plastic with a bunch of random accent pieces all over it trying too hard to look cool. The LCD is located front and center, with an accent ring on the outside edge adding just a bit of contrast. I am happy to see the fittings and the wiring exit the pump housing on different sides. It helps keep things neat and tidy when installed and doesn't result in any potential negative impact to the overall range of the swivel fittings. Finally, the copper cold plate base is slightly convex as is the norm, with the overall finish being quite nice as machining marks are nearly imperceptible, resulting in a slightly higher quality feel compared to the average AIO.

For the fans AQIRYS has paired the HYDRA 360 with hub based ARGB illuminated 120 mm fans with an RPM range of 800 to 2000. In terms of airflow the fans have been rated to deliver 30–70 CFM.
