Packaging

Aside from the mouse, two differently colored (white and black) USB Type-A to Type-C cables, a wireless dongle, wireless extender, set of replacement feet, two sets of differently colored (white and black) grip tape, quick start guide, and stickers are in the very large box. Furthermore, for each color (white, black, pink, cyan) there are matching main button pieces, two sets of solid back pieces (different hump curvature), and two sets of non-solid back pieces (different hole pattern and hump curvature), along with a set of button spacers of various thicknesses. The pictures above show the solid back piece with the low and high hump, respectively.

Weight

My scale shows around 67 g (+/- 1 g), slightly more than the weight cited by AQIRYS. The T.G.A. Alpha weighs 9 g less than the T.G.A., despite featuring solid sides and being larger. This has been achieved by removing the scroll wheel LED and installing a significantly smaller battery. The solid back cover increases the weight by 2 g over the perforated one. A very good weight overall.

Cable

The T.G.A. Alpha comes with two paracord-like, braided charging cables (Type-A to Type-C), which are identical aside from their color. In terms of flexibility, there are no differences from the charging cable used for the T.G.A.: not terrible, but fairly restrictive when using the mouse wired. Their measured length is 1.80 m. The cables have a ferrite bead attached, reducing signal noise.

The charging cable also functions as an extension cable when used in conjunction with the wireless extender. The wireless extender can be used to keep the distance between dongle and mouse as short as possible. A storage compartment for the wireless dongle is located beneath the removable back cover.

Feet

The feet on the T.G.A. Alpha are white-dyed pure PTFE (Teflon) feet. Glide is perfectly fine. The ring around the sensor ensures CPI stays consistent upon applying vertical pressure. Small indentations next to the feet make them easy to remove. A set of replacement mouse feet is included in the box.
