Board Software

The ASRock X299E-ITX/ac comes with ASRock's standard software package, which includes ASRock's APPShop and Restart-to-UEFI tool.


You do also get ASRock's RGB control panel, so you can play with add-on LEDs that might be present on your chosen cooler or whatever else. One thing I often miss with ASRock board reviews is a digital copy of the manual that installs off the CD as well, right onto the desktop. This is a handy feature that lets you explore things once you get the system up and running, although for many, the manual will never get looked at again at that point. It does, however, save you from having to reach into the box to look something up or to check on something like a QVL listing after installation, when you might not have the box handy or may have even tossed it in the trash.
