ASRock has listened to user complaints about software bloat and hugely simplified their offered software by limiting what's on the disc to just a few critical apps, while other tools can be had via a downloader called APP Shop. You will find all sorts of added software inside APP Shop, along with updates to the BIOS and software should you require them.
You do also get ASRock's "Restart To UEFI" tool, one I use a heck of a lot when overclocking as it makes rebooting into the BIOS so simple. Just a click here and there and you're in the BIOS, changing what you need to.
