The ASRock Z590 Phantom Gaming Velocita features a doubled 6-phase Vcore VRM configuration. There are also two SOC phases with a Vishay SIC632 power stage, each.
ASRock is using the Intersil ISL69269 PWM controller to drive the ASRock Z590 Phantom Gaming Velocita. This controller allows for up to twelve phases. ASRock is also using Intersil ISL6617A doublers located on the back of the board to achieve the twelve Vcore phases.
The ASRock Z590 Phantom Gaming Velocita uses Vishay SIC654 power stages for the Vcore phases and Vishay SIC632 stages for the SOC; both can deliver 50 A of continuous current each.
The ASRock Z590 Phantom Gaming Velocita has a maximum output of 700 A, with 600 A dedicated to Vcore.
