The Card
ASUS picked a very long cooler to go with their card. It extends quite a bit beyond the edge of the card.
The card requires two slots in your system.
Display connectivity options include two DVI ports, one analog VGA port, and one HDMI port. You may use all outputs at the same time. On almost any other card at least one DVI output includes an analog VGA signal. ASUS simply routed that signal to an extra connector, which means that you do not get an additional magical VGA output.
The GPU also includes an HDMI sound device. It is HDMI 1.4a compatible, which includes HD audio and Blu-ray 3D movies support.
The GeForce GTX 650 Ti does not support SLI (I tried).
