In typical ASUS fashion, the default BIOS landing screen is EZ mode. All basic functions can be set here, like a D.O.C.P (X.M.P) profile, RGB lighting, and QFan control. Up at the top, which isn't exclusive to this menu, is the search function, Resize Bar, and EZ Tuning Wizard. All of this is for those who do not want to venture into the depths of the Advanced BIOS.
Speaking of which, after pressing F7, you will be placed into the Advanced menu. If you are an avid ASUS users, everything is exactly where you'd expect. Those who are not may use the search function or take the time to setup the My Favorites tab. If you are looking to do a lot of overclocking from within the BIOS instead of software-based solutions, it is a good idea to spend the time and put everything you need into a single menu for quick access.
