After the cooler is removed you can see eight thermal pads that conduct heat from the memory chips to the cooling assembly. They are quite thick, yet they do a good job.
The PCB number is exactly the same like on the X1900 XTX: 109-A52031-50.

The Volterra VT1103 voltage regulator is fully supported in ATITool and Rivatuner. Voltage changes per software are no problem.
