Writing reviews for products like this is really easy. These Ballistix Sport AT Gaming DDR4 modules are a real treat any user with an ASUS TUF board would be doing themselves a disservice not buying. From start to finish, these modules are designed to run with these specific boards, and the results in our benchmarks speak for themselves. How they attain those benchmark results is unconventional for sure, and any kit with the same speed profiling could do the same as well, but that's not all there is here with these sticks. They not only match the TUF Gaming Alliance board in terms of performance, but also do so in looks, and although other sticks match these ASUS TUF boards, none that I have seen as of yet go as far into it as these ones do, yet they still manage to obviously be a Ballistix product too. That's not easily done and shows how skilled the staff over at Ballistix are at creating enthusiast products.

The greatest strength of these sticks is unfortunately also their biggest downfall. With a design that is so specific to not just an OEM, but a specific product line within many that OEM offers, these sticks clearly have an intended use, and that's not for all users. I really wonder how many users are buying ASUS TUF products, and have to wonder even more now that we have so many different brands releasing memory products under this TUF Gaming Alliance branding. Is there room here for them all? Time will tell, but I must say, these sticks really do look and act the part they are applying for, especially for those who aren't into all the RGB madness that is currently still very much taking over the entire PC industry. That's a huge monster to face, this RGB insanity, but Ballistix has managed to do that well here, and hey, if you really want RGB, they have those sticks too!

The way these sticks go about adding performance to your system isn't going to be useful in every instance for users with a CPU that is "unlocked" for overclocking. However, not all CPUs that are sold are capable, and I know that I myself have quite a few in use in my house, and the ease with which these sticks add more performance to such a system is so elegant that it's worth a look and maybe a healthy helping of respect, too.
