The Dark Rock TF 2 is certainly a bit more unique visually than your typical tower and all-in-one liquid coolers since the fan sits front and center. Still, with the cooler installed, all you really get is a face full of fan. That said, while the visual appeal is kind of lacking, at least once it is installed, the added benefits a top-flow cooler brings may prove more beneficial for the pragmatic types among you. Suffice it to say, the added cooling to the motherboard's VRM, system memory, and even a graphics card's backplate will likely outweigh the looks. Meanwhile, those wanting more bling will probably never give the be quiet! product shown here a passing glance.
In terms of memory and graphics card clearance, it is a bit hit or miss. You can get away with system memory of up to 49 mm in height; however, I would say a bit less than that would be the limit if you want to make certain to avoid potential headaches. This means that while you are not entirely limited to low-profile memory, you will want to keep the overall DIMM height in mind. As for the graphics card? Well, there are no problems to report since clearance was just fine.
