Packaging

The be quiet! chassis ships in a brown cardboard box with a simple outline of the Pure Base 500DX on front and a blow-up diagram next to some marketing text on the rear. Both sides dive into the details of the enclosure with more text and a specification table.


The Pure Base 500DX is held in place by compact Styrofoam spacers, and a plastic bag has been applied to keep away fingerprints and protect against scratches at the factory.

You will get an assorted set of screws and some zip ties with the chassis. A detailed manual has also been included, but unlike the Pure Base 500, the DX lacks that optional top cover and only ships with the mesh variant pre-installed.
