Board Software
The software package that is included with the Biostar TZ77XE4 is fairly simple, yet still provdes all the tools needed. There's a tool for BIOS updating from within Windows, which I used myself to update to the most recent BIOS, as well as "eHotline", a tool that gathers system information to send in when dealing with Biostar's support team.
When it comes to board-level tools, there is "GreenPower", a tool to adjust power profiles, as well as T-Overclocker, a tool Biostar has included with its motherboards for some time. T-Overclocker, in and of itself, I find fairly useless for Windows-based overclocking, due to how it runs, but the monitoring information it provides is very good.
It seems that Biostar could use a bit more software here, or at least, improve functionality of it, as altohugh there are quite a few tools provided, the usefulness of those tools is questionable at best. At the same time, however, this fact is part of the reason Biostar has been able to keep thier products affordable, and a lack of software-based tools doesn't really affect the day-to-day use of the Biostar TZ77XE4.
