MSI is showing off a lot of different DirectX 10 based cards. None of them mention what GPU is being used. Let us give you an educated guess on all the cards: The first and smallest card is a low profile, HDMI equipped DirectX 10 card. This is most likely an entry level GeForce 8 card, a GeForce 8300 or 8400 variant. It does not have an SLI connector and no external power plug. The second card is most likely a GeForce 8600GT card. It does not sport an external PCIe power connector either.
There is a second variant with the same PCB but different HSF. This is most likely a higher clocked version of the GeForce 8600 GT. There is another PCB without a heat sink. This variant is a bit larger, features a black color and an HDMI port. This may be a 8600GTS.
There is a water cooled GeForce 8800GTX using a large radiator for a 12 cm fan. It is clocked at 610 MHz on the GPU and 2000 MHz on the memory.
Silverstone
Silverstone is showing off a DTX case concept. This one is extremely thin and the company actually placed a mainboard inside the case to show how compact it is.
The second interesting case may look like a HTPC enclosure, but it is actually a large HDD case. It can take 5 hard drives and is passively cooled. Silverstone also includes an eSATA PCI card as this enclosure uses the format to connect to a HTPC.
The Sugo SG03 is the newest small form factor case from Silverstone. It is much smaller than the TJ08. It can handle a full size ATX power supply, a single 5.25 and 3.5 inch drive, mATX board and even SLI. The front part can be taken off and houses fans for additional cooling.
Silverstone is also offering a new, large HTPC case for everyone who wants to have a powerful system as a media PC.
