  • All the cables needed are included

  • Looks great!
  • Does get hot
  • Power brick emits a very quiet ticking noise
  • Software is quite crude
The Cooler Master X-Craft may be the first offering of its kind by the company, but it is very well thought out and incredibly sturdy. A great cooling design makes any fan obsolete, but the entire case does get quite hot. Its performance is on par with similar parts from other companies and the possible choice between USB and Firewire just adds to its usability. Cooler Master's X-Craft is quite small, and will definitely look great on any desk with its blue LED button. The software included may be a bit crude, but gets the job done. This is definitely a sweet looking, small and feature packed hard drive enclosure, with no major short comings.
