Packaging

Aside from the mouse and its wireless dongle, one finds a GP AA-battery, quick start guide, safety information guide, and warranty guide inside the box.

Weight

The Katar Pro Wireless can only be operated with a single AA-battery. Without any batteries installed, my scale shows around 75 g (+/- 1 g). With a single AA-battery installed, weight goes up to 98 g. This is roughly comparable to what the slightly larger Rival 3 Wireless weighs with a single AAA-battery installed, or the Logitech G305 with a single AA-battery installed. There is some potential to further save weight by instead using a Lithium AA-battery or an AAA-battery with a converter.

Feet

The feet on the Katar Pro Wireless are standard black-dyed PTFE (Teflon) feet. They are of average thickness and glide decently well. The ring around the sensor ensures CPI stays consistent upon applying vertical pressure.
