Thermal Throttling
The Corsair MP700 Pro SE doesn't come with a dedicated cooling solution, you are expected to use your own. You will either have to use your motherboard's heatsink, or run add a retail heatsink, possibly with a slow-running fan.
Corsair will be releasing a version with included heatsink in June, which looks like it'll use the same cooler as the MP700 Pro.
I've tested the MP700 Pro cooler previously and really liked it.
