The EK-AIO 240 D-RGB comes packaged in a clean, crisp white box, which allows the image of the liquid cooler on the front to stand out, thus easily drawing one's attention. They have listed the supported CPU sockets on the front as well. When it comes to the feature list, it is on the left side of the box with the list including the cooler's maintenance-free design, silent operation, top-class performance, addressable D-RGB, etc. Turning to the back of the box reveals numerous details on the cooler's main components, like the company's use of a powerful custom pump, Vardar S 120ER D-RGB fans, and the aluminium radiator, which are all given a bit of detail via individual paragraphs alongside the mechanical drawings which show the dimensions of the cooler.
The right side is mostly plain except for the orange stripe, while the top just has "Boost Your PC. In Style!" in bold lettering. Flipping over to the bottom gives us a shortlist of specifications, including the tubing length, which is 400 mm, alongside fan speeds, pump speeds, and more.

Like the EK-AIO 360 D-RGB, EK uses the same standard packaging for its AIOs as its competitors, with the cooler shipping in a cardboard box with a cardboard tray to secure the product and various pieces of hardware.
The cooler supports the sockets you would expect, including Intel's mainstream and HEDT systems, along with AMD's AM4 platform. Everything you need is included, and looking at the mounting hardware, it's all pretty standard and straightforward stuff.
