Included with the motherboard is a USB flash drive that contains drivers and software for the motherboard. Some folks may remember first it was a floppy disk for many years, then CD and lastly DVD discs. Now that disc drives are phased out of most computers, USB flash drives are now the best way to offer driver support without access to the internet. EVGA is a gold standard of how to do this properly. No extra software is installed. Motherboard driver installation is just the drivers and nothing more. A digital manual is included and with access to the internet, EVGA ELEET X1 program can be downloaded from the website.
ELEET X1 is another program that should be one of the reason to buy a EVGA motherboard. It is a very clean and easy to use program for memory and CPU overclocking. Instead of downloading specific programs on XOC forums for memory tuning and CPU voltages, this program has that combined. It is still missing a few things like PWM frequency, setting the LLC, changing VDD_TX or System Agent voltages inside Windows, but it is still better than installing three programs to do the same things as this one does already.
EVGA ELEET X1 has the ability to control the motherboards RGB headers, but not the graphics card or DRAM.
