The Fnatic React is an excellent gaming headset, one that truly delivers on promises made by its manufacturer. It's well-priced too—for $75/€70, you're getting a lot of bang for your buck. Instead of jam-packing it with useless features, Fnatic focused on the stuff that actually matters: build quality, comfort, and performance, both in the sound and microphone department.

The React is based on the same design we saw on some other well-liked gaming headsets, such as the HyperX Cloud/Cloud 2 and Corsair HS50/HS70 Wireless. With a simple black and white color scheme, it looks very neutral and inconspicuous, and the pop filter on the microphone capsule gives it a nice, professional touch. It's flexible, easily adjustable, and very comfortable; I didn't feel any discomfort even when wearing it for several hours without a break.

Its sound has been tuned in a way that caters to competitive gaming, especially if you're into first-person shooters: the bass is tight, fairly fast, and completely devoid of any bloat or overhang, and the mid-range and high-range have been audibly boosted, which makes your enemies loud—louder than you're used to. The React provides you with a fantastic sense of spatial awareness and makes you confident on the battlefield. You'll have the impression that nobody can sneak up on you or reload their gun in your vicinity without being heard, and you'll be right. The Fnatic React is good for music, movies, and everything else as well, but multiplayer games is where it really shines.

It shines in the microphone department too, which makes it a complete package. Fnatic didn't skimp on the microphone capsule, which so many of their competitors do, so your teammates will love the quality, clarity, and naturality of your voice. This microphone can even be used for communicating with your audience while streaming, or even more demanding usages. The same can't be said of many other gaming headsets in this price range. All in all, it's a great product I can and wholeheartedly will recommend.
