Established in 2018, G-Wolves is a peripherals company based in China. Conceptually, the HSK Pro 4K is very similar to the Zaunkoenig M2K. Whereas most mice are conceived for various different grips, and therefore need to account for a multitude of possible use cases in their design, the HSK Pro 4K is solely designed for a single grip style, which is fingertip grip. As the same already implies, fingertip grip entails only using one's fingers for controlling the mouse. As such, a fingertip grip shape can be reduced to its bare elements: main buttons, a scroll wheel, and possibly side buttons. Everything else may be considered superfluous, and in opposition to the overriding goal of reducing the weight as much as possible, which is necessary for fingertip grip in that the mouse is moved entirely by the fingers, which typically aren't as strong as the entire hand. The HSK Pro 4K closely follows these design principles: it is incredibly small, weighs no more than 26 g, but does have side buttons, unlike the M2K. More importantly, and in sharp contrast to the M2K, it is wireless, despite weighing only 2 g more than the M2K. In addition, the HSK Pro 4K is capable of true 4000 Hz wireless polling, which helps bridge the latency gap to the M2K and its 8000 Hz polling rate. Internally, the HSK Pro 4K utilizes PixArt's latest PAW3395 sensor capable of 26,000 CPI, Zippy main button switches rated for 60 million clicks, and comes with pure PTFE feet. Customization is possible within software, which doesn't require installation, and a replacement battery is included in the box. The HSK Pro 4K is available in gray, pink, black, red, blue, or turquoise.
