The Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H BIOS is of the same brand-new and fresh design as on the Gigabyte Z87X-OC. There are some obvious overclocking options at the forefront, but a few things seem out of place initially because Gigabyte provides users with several "pages" in the BIOS options can be moved to, which creates the opportunity for a true custom BIOS. The "stock" BIOS options remained in the usual place of past Gigabyte UEFI implementations, making clocking as easy as could be after I discovered where they were, and the ability to put options into user-defined pages struck me as great for when it comes time to overclock because it provides an easy way to track settings you might be tweaking while taking all the others out of sight. Add to that all the monitoring information at the edge of the screen and the BIOS's ability to match your monitor's resolution and you have the crisp, responsive interface users asked for in the past. Gigabyte has come a long way here, and it really shows.
It is also worth mentioning that Gigabyte's old BIOS GUI is still available by hitting "F1". Those that prefer such navigation options have them, which is a sure sign of Gigabyte lending an ear to the wants and needs of enthusiasts.
