If you haven't noticed by now, the Hiper Type R Mk-II is essentially the same PSU as the Hiper Type M that we recently reviewed. The only difference is the wattage and that the type R has the integrated USB hub. Price wise there is almost no difference, one is a bit more expensive because it comes with a higher wattage. The included USB hub is a nice touch - if you need it. Nowadays you have so many USB ports: in your case, on your keyboard, on the monitor that you most probably have enough of them.
Just like the Hiper Type M 780, the Type R 680W offers excellent line stability, with an extremely stable 12V line. The fan noise is low, actually a bit lower than the Type M. So overall I would recommend this PSU over the Type M 780, unless you really really know that you need 780W of power, instead of 680W.
