A big thank you to iBUYPOWER for supplying the review sample.
iBUYPOWER is a well-established and recognized brand in the gaming and custom PC industry, known for delivering high-performance desktops, laptops, and workstations. Since its founding in 1999, the company has grown alongside a customer base of gamers, content creators, and professionals who demand powerful and reliable hardware. A key to their success has been offering configurable systems that allow customers to choose individual components, setting them apart from traditional vendors. Now, rather than resting on their laurels, iBUYPOWER is expanding into the DIY PC component market with unique and innovative offerings.
In this review we'll be taking a close look at iBUYPOWER's AW4 360 mm All-In-One liquid CPU cooler. As you may have guessed it uses a 360 mm radiator to keep powerful processors cool and has an ARGB LED illuminated pump block, meaning it fits the prototypical design aesthetic for AIO coolers. But the real question is how will it perform. The fans feature a PWM range of 700-2000 RPM with a max CFM of 65. Overall, at first glance it doesn't do a lot to stand out, but considering its $99.99 MSRP, if the performance is good it could be a compelling option. So let's take a closer look at the AW4 AIO and see how it stacks up in the crowded AIO market.

Packaging
iBUYPOWER's packaging is vibrant, with the front showing off a bit of the AW4 360 mm's ARGB illuminated pump along with the black fans and radiator. Meanwhile, the pump is shown off again on the left side panel along with the cooler's specifications. As for the back panel it details features, which include the vortex water block design with ARGB lighting, performance oriented PWM fans, and swivel fittings with braided sleeve tubing.
Taking a look on the right side you will find mechanical drawings of the radiator, fans, and pump block, along with a quick list of what is inside. Moving on to the top and bottom of the box you will find the iBUYPOWER logo and branding, with a shot of the cooler in white on the top. The bottom just gives the same information seen on other panels.
Contents
The internal packaging is the same as you will find in regard to most AIOs, with the AW4 coming in a cardboard tray that provides the bulk of support and protection along with a foam sheet that sits on top. While I would prefer to see a bit more foam or protection in general, it is passable since the cooler arrived in pristine shape.
The cooler supports current mainstream sockets from AMD and Intel, including AM4 and AM5 of the former and LGA115x, LGA1200, and LGA1700 of the latter. Beyond that you get all the parts needed to install the cooler, as expected, but no miscellaneous extras.
