ID-Cooling FROZN A620 PRO SE Review - Better Value Than Thermalright

Finished Looks

ID-Cooling's latest design isn't all that eye-popping or visually impressive since it lacks ARGB on the fans and top covers or even accent colors. However, that is a positive, since many consumers prefer a simple, clean, and stylish aesthetic that isn't over the top. Meaning the FROZN A620 PRO SE will easily fit most build themes without issue. Furthermore, its max height of 157 mm means it should fit the majority of cases as well.

Memory clearance is the one weak point. While you could swap the front fan to the back of the cooler, that may conflict with the VRM heatsinks on some motherboards. Meanwhile, leaving the fan on the front means covering all four DIMM slots. If you stick with standard height memory you won't have any problems whatsoever. But the taller the ram the more the fan will need to be moved up to compensate and thus reduce overall performance.

As for the graphics card I had no issues in regard to clearance.
