Installation
When installing the Zoomflow 240, you will want to prepare the pump first since the brackets are not attached by default. Simply line up the arrow on the bottom of the pump with the one on the bracket and twist—that's it. With the pump prepared, you can move on to the next step.
Now, position the backplate on the motherboard with the screws set in the proper holes. Once on the motherboard, slide the washers down over the backplate screws and secure everything with the screw pillars.
At this point, you can apply some thermal paste and mount the radiator. Once ready, mount the pump and secure it in place. At this point, I noticed the bracket likes to turn if there is any pressure on the hoses, and due to this, I am not a fan of the design at all. To help mitigate the issue, you may need to hold the pump firmly in place and twist it to hold it together until you get it fully secured, at which point it's no longer a problem.
The final steps require you to apply the anti-vibration pads to the fans to then secure the fans to the radiator. Once all this is done, just connect all the wiring and you are good to go.
ID-Cooling's Zoomflow 240 is relatively easy to install, and I would rate it an 8 on a scale of 1 (hardest) to 10 (easiest) in terms of installation. Overall, it was a relatively quickly and painless process with only a few quirks that required a bit of finesse.
