Assembly
Installing the motherboard is done by traditional means, using spacers and screws. There is a little room on the bottom edge of the board to route cables, and as you can see, the Palit GeForce RTX 2080 fits nicely with plenty of room for longer cards as well.
To add an SSD, simply remove one of the metal trays and screw the drive down with provided screws. Once done, put the tray back where it was detached from.
That said, the 3.5" trays can also be used for 2.5" drives, giving you that flexibility to go fully solid state if you like. While both the gray and black trays are identical, the pin setup on the black trays from underneath the shroud is such that the connectors of the drive face towards the end of the pull-out handle. You can also easily change the pin layout yourself if you prefer the black tray in the top for some reason. Once the tray is filled, simply slide it back into place until it snaps into place, which secures the drive nicely.
Power supply installation is pretty straightforward as you simply slide it in and screw it down. There is plenty of space, so you may opt for longer units without having to sacrifice any storage space.
Once everything is installed, you can see that the interior can easily hold everything, but is not quite as clean as in other cases. That is perfectly fine as the InWin C200 is meant to get the job done and not win any beauty contests.
Finished Looks
Once turned on, the only thing you will see immediately light up is the triangle in the power button. As there is no window and the chassis does not ship with any fans out of the box, we did not expect anything else.
