Prerendered Cutscene Quality
While we usually don't look at the quality of the pre-rendered in-game movies, I thought highlighting the low quality of cutscenes in Just Cause 4 is important. If you look at the screenshots below, you'll see the terrible quality and just how low resolution these are. These almost looks like 640x480 cutscenes from a decade ago.
