Installation

Installing the NEOllusion is quite easy. Start by assembling the backplate, which is done by sliding the screws down through their proper holes and using the washers to secure them in place. With the backplate on the motherboard, use the plastic standoffs to secure the backplate to the motherboard.


Now, secure the mounting arms, after which you can apply some thermal paste.


Finally, once that is done, attach the heatsink to the board with the crossbar and attach the fan. All that remains now is to plug everything in and you are good to go.

In terms of difficulty, I would rate its installation a 9 on a scale of 1 (hardest) to 10 (easiest). The hardware is very easy to work with with - no trouble or issues to speak of here.
