The Lian Li PC-O11 Air is meant to be a more affordable variant of the PC-O11 Dynamic. It comes in at a lower price point but also offers two fans right out of the box, which should make the case a lot more enticing to those who are not too heavily invested in DIY liquid cooling kits. However, with der8auer having a helping hand in the development of the chassis, it makes sense that it is geared towards overclocking and liquid cooling first and foremost, but also modding with the two large windows.
Considering the compact size, it is quite impressive that the chassis may hold up to three 360 mm radiators, while also fitting long GPUs and dual PSUs. This make the PC-O11 Air stand out from all the other enclosures on the market that tend to be much larger or cube-shaped to achieve such a cooling density in combination with potent, unrestricted hardware setups.
Overall, you get the same interior layout and functionality as the PC-O11 Dynamic, two fans, and a lower price tag. All this is made possible by swapping the exterior glass/aluminium covers of the Dynamic with stylish plastic ones. That in my books is a sacrifice worth making, and it should appeal to a much larger audience due to it.
