Packaging

The external box for the HyperFlow ARGB 360 is as expected similar to the 240. Its bright and in your face design will draw one's attention. On the front you have the cooler in all its ARGB illuminated glory along with noted support for the various motherboard vendor's ARGB control solutions. Turning to the left side you have the product name and as for the back, it lists off the usual marketing spiel to make things sound impressive. However, considering how good the 240 mm variant was I am far more inclined to believe the marketing this time around.


Taking a look on the left side you will find the HyperFlow ARGB 360's specifications, which beyond the extra fan and increased radiator size are identical to the 240 when it comes to the pump block design, pump RPM, fan RPM, etc. The top of the packaging just has the Montech branding and logo while the bottom lists the compatible CPU sockets and what is included in the box.

The internal packaging is your standard cardboard tray with the fans pre-installed on the radiator and placed to one side, with everything else neatly bundled in the middle. While I tend to prefer foam being used to protect products, the cardboard tray has proven adequate over the years.


You won't find fancy extra's like an ARGB controller hub or other things, but that is fine. Instead, you get everything you need and with costs kept in check you end up with a value focused offering. That said, I am glad to see they still include a manual with this model as well. While that may seem like a simple thing to have in the box, many vendors now just add a QR code. So I am pleased to see they haven't gone in that direction.
