I would like to thank Montech for supplying the review sample.

The Montech XR is another dual-glass chassis from the brand, but unlike the Sky Two for example, it is categorized as an entry level option. From a model name perspective it seems like Montech is using the letter X to denote cases that are categorized as such, as we have reviewed the X3 in the past and Montech also offers a smaller X2 variant. Knowing this makes it easier to spot and place the Montech XR in their product range while also allowing you to figure out its target audience. While there is a bit of gravity tied to the word "entry" in most scenarios, Montech is well known to provide a lot of bang for your buck, so the X3 should be no different. The XR is available in either black or white, and we received the darker variant for review.
