Introduction

Neo Forza is one of the newer manufacturers of DRAM memory modules and flash memory products in the consumer market. Under the guidance of parent company Goldkey, Neo Forza is a Taiwanese company founded in 2018 that focuses on enthusiast-grade products.

Neo Forza has a number of established and successful products, of which its memory lineup is the largest. The company prides itself for selecting high-quality chips in a strict filtering process. Neo Forza DDR4 consists of Encke, Faye, Finlay and Mars product lines, while the newly released DDR5 has been given brand new names instead of just a refresh. Neo Forza DDR5 MDK5 and Trinity teased to the public in mid-2022 with RGB, and without; configurations include 32 GB (2x 16 GB) and 64 GB (2x 32 GB) memory kits with frequencies ranging from 4800 MT/s to 7200 MT/s.

What makes this memory somewhat special is that it is a dual-rank high capacity kit. Unlike the majority of DDR5 consumer system memory for sale today, dual-rank has ICs placed on both sides, which increases bandwidth and decreases access time to separate sets of data. The immediate advantage is that there is just more memory per DIMM, with the second advantage being that only two slots are required for the same capacity as four 16 GB DIMMs could provide.


In this review, we will be taking a closer look at the Neo Forza TRINITY DDR5-6000 CL40 2x 32 GB memory kit. Equipped with modest timings of 40-40-40-76 operating at 1.30 V for the 6000 MT/s X.M.P profile. This memory is well-suited for a content creators and gamers who are ideally in need of more system memory beyond 32 GB, while still keeping those performance gains that higher frequency memory can provide compared to the baseline JEDEC 4800 MT/s DDR5. Due to the increased capacity, this memory is certainly not for everyone, but we will benchmark this Neo Forza TRINITY DDR5-6000 DDR5 high capacity 64 GB kit and see how it stacks up to the competition, along with some overclocking as well!
