Smart Control Center Manager

The default IP for the switch's web interface is 192.168.0.239. You should install the Smart Control Center Manager app Netgear includes on the software disk if you can't find the switch or use a DHCP server. This application will discover the switch and provide you with some managerial options. The same application will allow you to change the default IP address.

You can use Netgear's app to download and upload configuration files, or to update the firmware, delete or reschedule tasks, and check on the PC's Ethernet adapter that runs the app. The Help tab will also give you access to several useful resources and Netgear's online support service.

Netgear's software disk also includes documentation and MIB files, along with links to Netgear's support services.

Web Interface

The default password is "password". It couldn't be more obvious.
