Circuit Board (PCB) Analysis

The GPU VRM is six-phase, controlled by an uPI uP9512R controller.


The memory VRM is 2-phase, managed by a uP1666Q controller.


The MOSFETs used are Sinopower SM4511NHKP and SM4364NAKP, which are rated for 100 A and 60 A.


The GDDR6 memory chips are made by Micron and carry the model number D9ZPM, which decodes to MT61K512M32KPA-14:C. They are specified to run at 1750 MHz (14 Gbps GDDR6 effective).


NVIDIA's TU106 graphics processor is made at TSMC Taiwan, its transistor count is 10.8 billion, and the die size is 445 mm².
