NZXT states that even at full load and while the fan is working at max RPMs the PSU outputs only 20db noise. This is really silent! All the protections are present, even over current one, although the PSU features a single +12V rail and OPP would do the job just fine.

The unit features a single +12V rail and a fairly strong 5VSB rail, for an 750W PSU. Combined power for 5V and 3.3V is relatively small, at 120W, but a contemporary PC doesn't pull much juice from these rails, anyway.
Cables & Connectors, Power Distribution
All modular cables are flat, something that will help with cable management. Strangely enough NZXT chose to equip the unit with two 6+2 pin PCIe connectors and two 6 pin PCIe ones. We would prefer all to be 6+2 pin. The ATX connector along with the EPS and PCIe ones use thicker 16 AWG wires while peripheral and SATA ones use 18 AWG.
Since this PSU features a single +12V rail we do not have anything to comment about its power distribution.
