Palit's heatsink uses two heatpipes and a copper baseplate to cool the GPU. The heatsink also cools components of the voltage regulation circuitry. Memory chips are not cooled.
The card does not require any additional power connectors as all power is supplied via the PCI-Express bus slot. This configuration is specified for up to 75 W power draw.
An EM5107 is the voltage controller. It doesn't seem to support software voltage control or monitoring.
The GDDR5 memory chips are by Samsung and carry model number K4G41325FC-HC03. They are specified to run at 1500 MHz (6000 MHz GDDR5 effective).
NVIDIA's GM107 graphics processor introduces the company's Maxwell architecture. Manufactured at TSMC in Taiwan, it is produced on a 28 nm process. Its transistor count is 1.87 billion.
