As the "H" in the name X2H already subtly implies, the X2H is defined by its "higher" hump, which is both more pronounced and located more towards the back than on the X2V2. As a result, the X2H lends itself even better to claw grip than the X2V2 did. Though most of the dimensions aside from the hump match the X2V2, interestingly enough further changes have been made to the shape. The X2H is slightly wider at the rear and marginally narrower around the middle, though the front width has been kept the same. Accordingly, the X2H provides more palm support than the X2V2 does altogether regardless of the size variant, as these changes are consistent between the two sizes. Another notable difference between the X2H and X2V2 is the size and location of the side buttons. On the X2V2, they are tightly arranged next to each other, whereas on the X2H, the side buttons are more spaced out and larger, which may result in more frequent unintentional actuation, depending on grip and thumb size.


As for grip styles, I'd say the X2H (Size 2) is generally suited for claw and fingertip grip. It is a medium-sized mouse with a fairly pronounced hump, which should make it generally suit medium-sized and larger hands. For reference, my hands are 19 cm long and 10 cm wide, and I found the X2H Mini (Size 2) very comfortable in claw grip.

Dimensions

This table includes the dimensions of the Pulsar X2H (Size 2) and several other ambidextrous mice. "Front height" denotes the distance between the base and main buttons. Measurements with two decimals have been taken with a caliper, while those with one decimal have been taken with a ruler.
