We don't know why, but QNAP seems to have stopped supporting Kodi along with Netflix, so you won't find those apps in App Center. This is a great shame since Kodi is probably the best multimedia-handling application and the favorite media player and entertainment hub of millions of users worldwide. Fortunately, there is another way of installing Kodi along with Netflix on a QNAP NAS. Actually, you only have to download the corresponding packages, which are still available thanks to some users, and install them manually. The bad thing is that without QNAP's support, there will be no future versions of the Kodi and Netflix apps unless a third party developer decides to do something about it or QNAP decides to support them again.
So here is how you will install the Kodi and Netflix apps. You will have to download the packages (just conduct a Google search and you will easily find them). Once done, open App Center and choose the manual installation method.
