Installation requires three slots in your system.

Monitor Outputs, Display Connectors

Display connectivity includes three standard DisplayPort 1.4 and one HDMI 2.1.

Graphics Card Power Plugs

The card has one 8-pin and one 6-pin power input. This configuration is rated for up to 300 W of power draw.

The Nitro+ puts out an addressable-RGB header, which lets you synchronize your lighting to the card's. You can control the two using the TriXX software.

Multi-GPU Area

The AMD Radeon RX 6000 series doesn't support multi-GPU. Instead, Sapphire has placed their dual-BIOS switch in this area. The "OC" BIOS is the default, and the "silent" BIOS will run a more relaxed fan curve to reduce noise levels. Please note that this BIOS switch has three settings. The third setting is used to enable software BIOS switching from within the Sapphire TRIXX software.

Teardown

Sapphire's heatsink uses four extra long heatpipes paired with a copper baseplate.

Once the main heatsink is removed, a secondary heatsink becomes visible, which takes care of cooling the memory chips.

The backplate is made out of metal and protects the card against damage during installation and handling.
