A 2023 reboot of the cult classic, Dead Space is a survival horror action RPG. An interplanetary mining vessel sends out a general distress signal. The protagonist, an engineer specializing in rescuing disabled vessels, docks with it to discover that something has gone horribly wrong. The entire crew has been transformed into monsters, as a result of experiments run by a mad scientist. You must find the ship's chief medical officer who is your girlfriend, and get off the ship. Dead Space puts new-generation graphics technology to great use, bringing the cold and desolate environment of deep space to life.
