Thermo in Action & Functionality
Thermo in Action
The blue LED is quite bright, and it even shines through the back its casing. The high contrast makes reading the temperature a breeze even if it is quite light around.
The display can be read quite nicely, even with the light turned off. Oddly enough, the contrast was much higher when viewed from the side.
Functionality
I used my own body temperature to measure the difference between a digital thermometer and the Kama-Thermo, to check got any discrepancies between the two. The Kama-Thermo displayed just 35.9° Celsius, while the thermometer displayed 36.9° Celsius. That is a 1°C difference. This is still fine for such a device, which is much better than most mainboard diodes.
