Packaging

Aside from the mouse, one finds a quick start guide in the box.

Weight

My scale shows around 86 g (+/- 1 g), which is almost exactly in line with the weight cited by SteelSeries. The Rival 5 is a large and bulky mouse with lots of buttons, so achieving this weight without resorting to externally visible holes is actually very commendable.

Cable

The Rival 5 comes with a paracord-like, braided cable. Flexibility is above average, though oddly worse than on the charging cable of the Aerox 3 Wireless. Its measured length is 2 m.

Feet

The feet on the Rival 5 are regular black-dyed PTFE (Teflon) feet with slightly rounded edges. Glide is perfectly fine. Small indentations next to the feet make them easier to remove.
