LibreSpeed Mesh Network

I connected both RT6600ax routers to form a mesh network. The conditions were not ideal. The first one was installed into a steel rack inside my lab, which has solid steel walls. The second router was situated 10 meters away, inside my home, so we have steel and brick walls in between. To make matters even worse, I installed a laptop, the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro, as a mesh network client, 10 meters from the second router with two brick walls in between. The Lenovo laptop was connected through the 5 GHz band (WiFi 6).


As shown by the results in the graphs above, the Synology mesh network consisting of RT6600ax routers is not enough to efficiently cover the applied scenario's needs.
