A Closer Look


With either side of these Team Group T-Force Vulcan SODIMMs being different, you might think that a bit odd, but given that nearly all SODIMMs are like this, it's relatively normal.


You get the copper and graphene cooler on one side, while the other holds the product label.


Upon close inspection, you can see the layers that make up the cooler's low-profile size, and that the sticker-covered side is just a sticker.


The copper layer is clearly visible on the heatsink side though. I did also find some marking on the edge of the SODIMM's PCB.


I always look at those ends to see if we can find anything interesting, but the only thing worth noting here is that the SODIMM seem to be comprised of an 8-layer PCB.


You can easily see the "8" denoting this in the last picture above.
