Dimensions
The chair is wider than usual and deep enough for users of up to 120 kg (264.55 lb), but users may find the raised edges confining.
Backrest
The backrest is 55 cm wide at the shoulder level and 80 cm high (21.65 x 31.49 in.). Aggressively contoured edges are on either side—they face outward at the shoulder level and slowly straighten out as they run down the backrest on either side. These raised edges reduce the width of the usable surface area in the middle of the backrest to 28 cm (11.02 in.) .
The backrest's profile nicely shows the foam's density, of which there appears to be a lot.
Under the PU upholstery is a thick metal frame that incorporates two metal plates; one at the front and another at the rear that is capable of supporting a user of up to 120 kg (264.55 lb).
In terms of ergonomics, the backrest's angle can be adjusted from 90° to 150°. This recline is good enough to rest your eyes by staring at the ceiling or even napping. A grippy lever has been put under the right side of the seat. Using it, you can lock the backrest at more than fifteen different angles.
The sewing on the backrest's rear once more shows Tesoro's attention to detail.
The opening found on the headrest is for the neck pillow strap to go through and be secured with a safety buckle. The strap can also go around the headrest without the safety buckle for a bit of added height with taller users.
The company name is embroidered on the cushion in white thread. Remove the neck cushion and there is no mention of the company or chair model on the backrest.
Seat Base
The seat is both 56 cm wide and deep. Its height from the floor ranges from 37 to 45 cm (22.05 x 22.05 x 14.56–17.71 in.)
The seat's edges are raised by 7 cm (2.75 in.) and are 5 cm (1.96 in.) thick, which has them take up a significant portion of the seat's surface area, leaving you with just 39 cm (15.35 in.) across. With the lumbar-support cushion, the length of the seat also decreases to 40 cm (15.74 in.).
A knob under the seat is for adjusting the tilt tension of the chair's rocking mechanism. By turning it clockwise, you can loosen or tighten the way the chair moves forward and backward.
A multi-use lever under the seat is for height adjustments ranging from 124 to 132 cm (48.81 to 51.96 in.) and the free rocking/locking function. By pushing it to the left, the rocking mechanism locks in place. Pulling it out unlocks it.
Both sides of the backrest have no twists to the upholstery, and the openings on the plastic bits are covered by plastic covers, so there is nothing to complain about here.
Neck and Lumbar-support Cushions
Two cushions are included in the package; one for the neck and another for lumbar support. The neck-support cushion has a triangular stitching pattern on its sides, which look like those on the mesh. In the middle, the company name has been embroidered in white thread, and this cushion has plenty of padding, so it will keep its shape for a long time.
The lumbar-support cushion is the larger of the two and also has that same triangular stitching pattern as the neck-support cushion on its sides. The company or product name make no showing, however. It features a semicircular shape and contains lots of stuffing, which makes it really firm. No obvious straps run along the backrest since they are hidden behind the mesh compartment. Lastly, a safety buckle secures it to the backrest, and this cushion can be moved up and down freely.
Armrests
The armrests are three dimensional (3D) and padded well enough. Their height can be adjusted with a button on the outward-facing side. Moreover, pushing them gently, you can turn them clockwise or move them forward/backward. Inside each armrest is an aluminium frame that becomes visible once the armrest is set to its maximum height.
Five-star Base, Gas Lift, and Casters
The 350 mm five-star base is made out of steel and covered in black matte paint. Its surface is coarse. The class-4 gas lift can easily support the official weight limit (120 kg).
The casters have a design similar to car wheels, which is a nice detail that matches the chair's overall design well. They measure 60 mm across and and roll well on demand across flat surfaces. On uneven floors, any casters will have a hard time, including these.
