Noise and Fan Speed (Increased Temperatures)
The fan's speed increased linearly following the load increase, but under harsh conditions, the fan's speed is increased; hence noise output goes through the roof.
Noise and Fan Speed (~30°C)
If you push the minor rails, the passive operation lasts only a short time. The fan's speed doesn't go over 600 RPM with up to 480 W loads. With higher loads, the fan's speed increases quickly, and with more than 830 W, the PSU exceeds 40 dBA. Lastly, with more than 940 W, noise goes over 45 dBA.
