The Thermaltake eSPORTS Poseidon Z RGB is a lot of keyboard for the price, and there are not many other keyboards with as much functionality at its price point, certainly not with fully controllable RGB lighting. Macro control is easy to use and gives us many options, such as being able to edit timings between keystrokes and including mouse clicks. Deleting macros is just as easy as creating them, which is always nice. Some people might be put off by the Kailh switches, but when you consider the savings that have been passed on to the customer by the manufacturer, it is a fair deal. Kailh switches are very similar to Cherry MX switches in terms of quality, and although they are not quite as good in my opinion for someone who is looking for an entry level keyboard, or for their first mech, these will be perfectly fine.

The keyboard's build quality is fine as well; it is mostly made of plastic, but it is strong and sturdy due to its metal midplate and has a good weight to it. Some people prefer a sleeved cable and for it to be detachable, but I can see the pros and cons in both. I take my keyboards to events often, and having the cable attached means I can secure my keyboard; a detachable cable means it can be stolen easily. Additionally, sleeved cables cost more money, and the price point is something that will ensure this keyboard sells.

The only real disappointment I had was that Windows 10 threw up a false positive about the installation package for the software by flagging it as infected. This is the first time I have had the issue crop up in Windows 10, and it really could make customers avoid the software they need to get the most out of the keyboard. This really is the only real fault I could find, though, and it may just be specific to my setup.

The Tt eSports Poseidon Z RGB isn't the only keyboard on the market to have full RGB support or even boast this many other features, but most other keyboards that do have the whole package cost almost twice as much. I am very impressed at how well it works for its price.
