The shape of the M8 Wireless is rather unique. It could be described as a sized-down Logitech G Pro Wireless X Superlight, albeit with less of a front and rear flare, and the greatest similarity being the hump, which too is centered, rounded, and sloping down equally gradually towards both ends on the M8 Wireless. The sides barely curve inwards, resulting in the width being almost constant across the entire length, and only the rear flaring out a bit. Most notably, the M8 Wireless has a very low front, although depending on how the mouse is gripped, one's fingers may in fact end up sitting higher than on the Xtrfy MZ1 Wireless, for instance. Furthermore, the main buttons are rounded (convex), with a sharper drop-off towards the edges. Overall, a very agreeable and non-aggressive design that works well in practice.
As for grip styles, I'd say the M8 Wireless mostly suits claw and palm grip. It is a small to medium-sized mouse with a moderately pronounced hump, which should make it generally suit medium to small hands. For reference, my hands are 19 cm long and 10 cm wide, and I found the M8 Wireless comfortable in claw grip.
