Firmware Upgrade

The firmware version is displayed on the OLED display if you pick the "about" option. Updating the firmware requires an Internet connection with a PC over either the USB port of the stabilizer or its Type-C USB port, or the respective application if done wirelessly. In any case, the power level of both the stabilizer and connected phone must be above 50%. Also make sure not to exit or run the application in the background of your mobile.

ZY Play Application

The ZY Play app installs regular updates without notifying you to make your life slightly easier. The software is compatible with both Android and iOS, with IOS having better compatibility with most features. Timelapse, motion lapse, long exposure, and panorama are some of the shooting options available through the app. Some of the parameters you may adjust in the app are aperture value, shutter speed, and ISO.


What's more, combined with the SmartFollow 2.0. and the ViaTouch 2.0 interface, the app offers the object tracking option, which has the camera follow a moving target (e.g., ball, pet, or person), and adds cinematic effects also. However, velocity of the target should not be high as it might not be trackable otherwise.
